SBEM AND SAP CALCULATIONS

SBEM and SAP calculations are necessary in order to ensure your buildings comply with part L of the Building Regulations and are also needed to produce an energy performance certificate (EPC). It is advised that you carry out SAP calculations in the early stages of a new build residential property and SBEM calculations for non-domestic dwellings in the planning stage. This is to ensure it meets Part L of the Building Regulations. At Greens Surveyors our qualified Energy Assessors can undertake both SAP and SBEM calculations in a timely manner.

EPC’s

If you’re a property developer, homeowner, landlord, letting agent or an estate agent and intend in marketing, renting or selling your property, by law you must have an EPC.
